Please book your appointment prior to arriving at the salon by using our online booking app or email us your treatment request. No walk in appointments will be accepted.

Please arrive alone for your appointment. Unfortunately children are not permitted to accompany their parent/guardian into treatment rooms.

When making a booking we will require full name, email, mobile phone number and credit card details to secure your appointment.

If you arrive late for an appointment we will do everything we can to accommodate you but your treatment time may have to be reduced to avoid disrupting other clients.

We request a minimum of 48 hours notice or a charge of 50% of the treatment cost will be required, if we cannot allocate your booking to another client. Non attendance will be charged in full. Unfortunately no future bookings will be accepted if outstanding cancellation fees are unpaid.
